As of January 2024, my pricing is as follows:

A non-refundable retainer fee of $100 is due upfront to reserve your date. Destination packages must be paid for in full upfront.

Who will you bring with you?

If you can imagine bringing with you, your daughter for a parent/daughter session custom tailored to you, or a grandmother with her great grandbaby, or a fighter who has fought cancer and is now a survivor, simple family portraits or incredible children portraits. I can create a set of images that you will cherish with your loved ones and will last a lifetime. My art is timeless, it never goes out of style.

Policies & Procedures:

What to expect before your session: A few days before your session, you will get a confirmation and we can discuss location and time!

What to expect during your session: I do not set time limits with my regular sessions, only my minis. I reserve the right to be creative and get every shot that i can think of, as well as any you ask for! If you have requests that may not look good in photos, please know that i can say “no” to them, but i will most certainly explain why.

What to expect after your session: You will typically see a preview within a few days after the session and the remainder of your gallery will be worked on in the days/weeks after. When you are sent your gallery, it will be in a link either via email or message and you will be able to download them from there. Please see below for full explanation on turnaround times and policies.

Pricing

Prices are non-negotiable. I cannot combine two different types of sessions into one session for the price of one. If you’d like to do a combination session, you will need a larger package or to be prepared to pay another session cost, but please disclose this beforehand, to ensure i am aware and plan to only book your session for the date. Please do not ask for discounts unless something has been mentioned prior. I am a small business, and photos are a luxury to have done. Sibling or extended family discounts are not offered, as more people in the photos equals more shooting time, more photos and more editing time. It will actually cost more in some circumstances to add people in. Please just be honest about what you want while booking and ask me about it. I’ll work with you as much as possible.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies. Typically, you will receive a preview within a few days, but if i have a lot of sessions back to back it could take longer. I work in the order of what i have shot. I will not go out of order unless there is a pressing timeframe and then we can discuss a rush fee. Please do not keep contacting me in regards to editing status during your wait. I understand you’re excited to see them, but i am incredibly busy and i work at my own pace. I do not rush my editing. My work has to be up to par for me to send a gallery out. I am very picky and detail oriented and i care about the quality that reflects my business. It can take longer than you prefer, but just know they’ll be amazing. Typical turnaround for a full gallery is anywhere between 2-4 weeks (give or take) once i pass the 4 week mark, i will reach out to you and update you. Please, just let me work. If this is an issue, please ask for photographer referrals, as we may not be a good fit. If you need them back by a certain date please tell me upfront! I may be able to make it work for you but i need to know prior to booking! If you are consistently messaging/emailing/calling me, i have the right to ignore any requests for timeframe updates until the 4 week mark. At 4 weeks, i completely understand wondering about the status of your photos and will update you. Payments will be paid in full by the session date. I take a non refundable, nontransferable $100 retainer when booking and then the remainder at your session. Venmo, square invoice or cash. No checks or PayPal or cashapp. No previews nor galleries will be sent until all is paid.

Refunds

I ONLY give refunds when i cancel sessions and only in the event that it is my fault. If i have an emergency situation arise, i will either offer to reschedule or full refund. If we book your session and you reschedule multiple times, i will not refund, as i have held multiple dates for you. You may reschedule one time and the retainer will transfer to the new date. Thats all i will allow. Retainers cannot be transferred to minis. If you book a session and we figure that we do not mesh well, then we will determine a common ground based on the events that had taken place. It is important to realize that this is firstly a small business and any communication on my end will be handled as it always has - in a professional manner. I will not be caught up in drama or play games with anyone over my policies. They are non negotiable.

Social Media

I am incredibly happy to be able to give you photos that you feel worthy enough for social media! However, let’s not take to social media to bash my business policies or anything of the sort. We all know that no one knows the history of our transactions and what they see from your posts will be very one-sided. If you have caused me issues going against my policies or we were not a good fit, no one else needs to hear about it. That is to be handled one-on-one. I am very open minded and i let a lot slide. I do not react well to disrespect, lies or any type of bashing or bullying. Come to me with any concerns, not social media. If you are not satisfied with my work, please do not book another session with me. I reserve the right to cancel a session or end a professional relationship with a client if i feel we do not mesh well. This could or could not allow for a refund to any monies paid - as each situation differs. I will be the judge of this. If you are not happy with my polices then please do not proceed in booking with me. I do not work with just everyone, if i feel that we will not work well together, i will not allow you to book. I believe that it takes trust for a client to work with me and i work best when i am given creative freedom and the time and trust to work effectively. If you cannot allow this, please do not book with me.

With that being said, i love what i do. I have loved it for almost 11 years now and i love my clients. If we have worked together, you know how much i love my job. You know how i work and you love me for it. Unfortunately, some bad eggs ruin things for the good eggs and for this long i have not had to enforce policies…the time has come when i have to set some things into stone, though. Thank you for trusting me with your memories and for returning to me for each milestone in your life. I have had the pleasure of watching children grow, families get bigger and lives changed. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for all of your continued love and support! I can’t wait for our next session together!!!!
